Refund policy
We offer a 3 day refund if the item is significantly damaged or changed. But customers are responsible for all shipping costs. We require pictures of the product before it is returned to make sure everything is alright. All item are packaged carefully to ensure they arrive in good condition and some of them is original factory-sealed. However, due to nature of shipping ,some minor damage to the packaging may occur during transit.This is will not affect the quality or functionality of the item itself.Please note that damages to the packaging alone are not a valid reason for a refund or return.If you have any other questions Email goatcardsmisma@gmail.com and we will respond within 24 hours during office time, our office time is Monday -Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
If you wish to return an item. Please let us know the following in your email:
- A valid reason for return
- Order number
- items and quantity
- Photos
- And if the items are still in original packaging
If we believe that the item has been tampered/Damaged on arrival, then we have the right to deny a refund.

Cancelations & Amending Orders
You may cancel or amend orders before they are shipped including pre-orders which is usually 3 days before .
